Gas hot water systems are generally cheaper to run than electric ones. This is because natural gas is usually less expensive than electricity on a per-unit basis. Gas hot water systems also tend to be more energy-efficient than electric ones, which means they use less energy to produce hot water. As a result, switching to a gas hot water system can lead to significant savings on your energy bills.
The best type of gas hot water system for you will depend on your specific needs and circumstances. Some factors to consider when choosing a gas hot water system include your household's hot water usage patterns, the size of your home, your budget, and your preferences in terms of features and brands. Some of the most popular types of gas hot water systems are storage tank systems and continuous flow systems. Each type has its own advantages and disadvantages, so it's important to consult with our experts to determine the best system for you.
While gas hot water systems have many benefits, there are also some potential drawbacks to consider. One of the main disadvantages of gas hot water systems is that they require a gas connection, which may not be available in all areas. Additionally, gas hot water systems can be more expensive to install than electric ones if you need to have a gas line installed.
Switching from an electric to a gas hot water system can be a good decision in many cases. Gas hot water systems are generally cheaper to run than electric ones, so you could save money on your energy bills in the long run. Gas hot water systems also tend to produce hot water more quickly and efficiently than electric ones, which means you may have a more consistent and reliable supply of hot water. However, it's important to keep in mind that switching to a gas hot water system can be more expensive upfront, especially if you need to have a gas line installed. So, whether it's worth switching from electric to gas will depend on your specific circumstances and priorities. We can help you to determine is the switch is right for you, so speak with our experts today!

Killara () is a suburb on the Upper North Shore of Sydney in the state of New South Wales, Australia 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) north-west of the Sydney Central Business District in the local government area of Ku-ring-gai Council. East Killara is a separate suburb and West Killara is a locality within Killara.== History == Killara is an Aboriginal word meaning permanent or always there. The name of the suburb was chosen when the railway line opened in 1899. James George Edwards was a representative of the people who requested a station be built here. The suburb was established as a 'Gentlemen's suburb', designed so that there would be no commercial ventures in the area. For this reason, the suburb has very few shops in the original development.Killara Post Office opened on 7 November 1904.Killara later became the home of the famous architect Harry Seidler, whose home—designed by him and his wife Penelope in the 1960s—can still be seen in Kalang Avenue. It is sometimes known as Killara House and sometimes as Harry and Penelope Seidler House. The couple moved into the house on Harry Seidler's birthday in 1967. The garden contains a sculpture by the Los Angeles sculptor Eric Orr.
The team at The Weber store were fantastic. They stayed open a little after closing for me to come and pick up my Weber bbq. I used it today for the first time and it’s perfect! Thankyou!
